TERMNS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
As of: Zurich, October 2025
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships between you and Zahnärztehaus Zürich, Talstrasse 80, 8001 Zurich (hereinafter “Zahnärztehaus Zürich” or “we”).
By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge these GTC as a binding part of the agreement.
2. Services Provided by Zahnärztehaus Zürich
Zahnärztehaus Zürich offers a wide range of dental, dental hygiene, and aesthetic treatments. The exact scope of services is determined by the individual treatment plan as well as the patient information and consent forms.
Our services are intended for private individuals residing in Switzerland. Treatments are generally provided for adults who are legally competent. Minors may only be treated with the written consent of a legal guardian. Certain aesthetic treatments (e.g., teeth whitening, veneers) are excluded for minors.
By agreeing to these GTC, you confirm that these requirements are met.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices for our treatments and services are communicated individually as part of a cost estimate or treatment plan. Prices listed on our website or in informational materials are for guidance only and are non-binding.
Payment is generally required before the start of treatment or according to the individually agreed payment arrangement. All amounts must be paid in Swiss francs (CHF). Any transfer or transaction fees are the responsibility of the patient.
If payment by invoice or installment payment via an external financial service provider is selected, the corresponding contractual terms of the third-party provider apply. By choosing this payment method, you agree that the data required for invoicing may be transmitted to the third-party provider.
4. Patient Obligations
To ensure that treatment can be carried out safely and successfully, you are required to:
provide us with accurate and complete information about your health condition,
follow our medical instructions and recommendations,
keep your contact details up to date, and
keep scheduled appointments.
In the case of incorrect or incomplete information, disregard of instructions, or failure to appear for an appointment, we reserve the right to refuse treatment or charge for any costs incurred.
5. Warranty
All treatments and dental technical work are carried out to the best of our knowledge and according to current dental science. Delivered products or dental technical services are subject to a warranty period of two years from the date of handover, unless otherwise agreed.
There is no warranty claim if defects arise due to improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorized interventions. Zahnärztehaus Zürich will decide, at its professional discretion, whether a repair or replacement will be provided.
6. Patient Information
The success of a dental or aesthetic treatment depends on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed. Before the start of the treatment, you will be informed about the procedure, possible risks, aftercare instructions, and alternative treatment options. Please read the patient information and consent forms carefully and follow all instructions provided by your treating dentist.
7. Appointment Cancellations and “No-Show” Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance — by phone or email. In the case of short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) or unexcused no-shows (“No Show”), we charge a cancellation fee of CHF 100.–.
You can find the contact details for cancelling appointments on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our treatments are carried out with the utmost care and in accordance with recognized medical standards.
Nevertheless, the success of a treatment cannot be guaranteed. Zahnärztehaus Zürich and its employees are liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, or consequential costs is — insofar as legally permitted — excluded. Liability for subjective dissatisfaction with the aesthetic outcome does not apply if the treatment was performed properly.
9. Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy informs you about how we process and protect your personal data. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
10. Contractual Basis
These General Terms and Conditions, the signed consent forms, patient information, and the individual treatment agreements together constitute the complete contractual basis between you and Zahnärztehaus Zürich. Deviations or verbal agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.
11. Severability Clause
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original.
12. Changes to the GTC
We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions as needed.
Any changes will be published on our website or communicated in an appropriate manner.
If you do not object to the new terms within one month of their publication, they will be considered accepted.
The version published on our website is always the one that applies.
13. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
All legal relationships between you and Zahnärztehaus Zürich are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
